I teach Creative Crafts and we complete 18 projects in one year. It takes a lot of paper to copy instructions and evaluation for 150 students. My plan is to use my moodle to show the instructions and step-by-step pictures of what their project should look like after they complete each step. I will also be showing them, through demonstration, how to correctly apply the techniques they learn. I will incorporate a document camera so all students will be able to see the demonstrations I will be performing.
It seems as if the document camera is perfect for your content area since you demonstrate a lot of activities--like making jewelery!!

Excellent use of Moodle and the doc cam to move to a more paperless approach. I am happy to hear that you will be able to save what sounds like a great deal of paper.
