So far I like Twitter. I am familiar with social media though so this is similar to what I have been doing through Facebook. I like that I am able to connect with people that are in the same boat as me. In just the 24 hours that my Twitter account has been active I have learned so many more idea that will help me in the classroom. I have also found some really great quotes from people that make me stop and think, am I in this category as well? I will be able to continue to use this on my own. Maybe not for my classroom but to keep up to date with what is happening as the school year moves along. With being a first year teacher, this has helped me to get new ideas and how to start the school year out right.
