Show them - you know the saying - build it and they will come - well show them and they will be convinced. Drill and Kill worksheets can be updated and better utilized with online webpages. Questions are automatically answered and increase difficulty to make individualized levels for each student.
I think there needs to be a balance. Diversity of lessons to engage all students.
