I think that Hercules is the more heroic out of Perseus, Theseus and Atlanta because even though he killed his family, he regretted what he did and wanted to prove that he could do anything to make things right again. One example would be when the gods needed help to conquer the giants, Hercules treated them with respect and helped them win with his arrows. He wanted to make sure that he could keep the fame and make him known to be a hero. When he killed his family, the people told him that he would be punished for his deeds but he wanted to take his own life for being ashamed of what he had done, but he knew that he wanted to keep going so he did all the tasks to fight and show that he could do anything. He saved many lives from horrible beasts to making sure that everything he had to clean out was good. After he had completed all of these tasks, one monster wanted to fight him so he did and won to show that he wanted to make sure his life was in good hands. He was put up to being killed in many situations but then did something to change him, he would fight till the end and make sure he was well known and famous. He has saved many lives and killed many creatures. He wanted to prove that he had the confidence and strength to anything he was commanded.
