We will use this link to introduce css and experiment with how it works. Read through the different types of CSS and play with the try it yourself sections. When done, move onto the CSS Tutorial.

This link will take you to a tutorial of how to use CSS in an HTML document and allow you to explore over 200 examples of styling. Pretty cool! Your in class assignment is to create a blank html page with at least two different internal styles. The content should be two fun facts about you. The styles can include color, text, background image, etc. Use the tutorial and examples to help you. Show me when done. 4 points.

Once you went through the tutorials and experimented, you are going to create a CSS page of your own that uses an internal style sheet. Open the assignment for directions. Show me when done. 10 points for completion.

Use the example to assist you in creating your CSS page. It should be the same except for the background color and text.

This zipped folder contains all the files you need to start the tutorial, review, and case assignments. When you are ready to start an assignment, unzip the folder and copy the files to your flashdrive or Skydrive folder. Remember, it is important to keep your files organized!
