Evernote is a app that can be used over multiple computer formats that allows you to save ideas, pictures, lesson plans, presentations, and any item that you can capture either on your screen or your camera onto a shareable drive that you can access from any of your devices, wirelessly. If you have an idea pop into your head for a lesson and you do not have pen and paper or your computer but have your phone, jot it into evernote and it will then be available for you the next time you sit down at your computer. If you see something out in society and want to take a picture of it for class, snap it with your smartphone, put it onto evernote and it will be in your files for you to use on your school computer.
