George Couros says that, "As we develop our own professional growth plans" we should think about these questions.

1. What would you like to learn? We need to take ownership in our learning.

2.What questions will be the driver for your learning? This helps us to be problem solvers and problem finders.

3.Why is this important to you? How will it help your school?

4. How will you know that you achieved your goals?

5. What barriers will you need removed or what help will you need?

I think these questions are supposed to help us when searching for our PLN instead of wandering aimlessly through Twitter or Google.
