Culminating Portfolio Sample

In this rationale there would be at least four paragraphs (a paragraph for each activity--BUT because Willy tries to be a good student, his rationale will be at least six paragraphs because he will have an introductory and concluding paragraph) discussing what William Wildcat learned from the several Career Planning Activities which are being included in the portfolio.

A good example of an actual rationale is included with the Grade 10 course project.
